Start your day with an inclusive yoga flow class, where all bodies are welcome. This is a 6-week series themed around embodied movement, breathwork and meditation practises to sustain us through Autumn and Winter.

Suitable for everyone. Whether you're new to my classes or we've practiced together in person many times, welcome to your time to breathe and move mindfully for 45 minutes at the start of the day. Great if you're working flexibly, have children at home, or just prefer the convenience of online. All you need is a mat, and perhaps a cushion or blanket.
