Adapt, adjust, accommodate

Sian is a London-based yoga teacher, and a member of the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals.

She mainly teaches a strong, slow flowing style of yoga, as well as restorative and pregnancy yoga. Sian shares classes and private sessions in her own space on the edge of Victoria Park, and at various locations around London.

Sian creates a nurturing and non-competitive environment for students of all experience and ability levels to explore and enjoy yoga safely.
