Pre and Postnatal yoga, Embodied yoga, Birth preparation, Postnatal support and Baby Massage in Walthamstow and east London.
I’m Sian, I specialise in pregnancy yoga (12 weeks +), postnatal yoga (from 6 -12 weeks postpartum), breath-led mindful movement (vinyasa flow), and supported rest (restorative yoga). I hold accreditations from the Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga, and am based in Walthamstow, east London.
My intention is to create a nurturing and accessible environment for people of all experience and ability levels to explore, enjoy yoga and receive what they need today.
Since having my children, I’ve worked extensively with expectant and new parents, and adore supporting families through one of the biggest life transitions there is.
I am passionate about yoga's capacity for supporting healing and health in all of us, for cultivating connection, self-trust and community, and for bringing us into alignment with our whole selves through the body we live in.

I care deeply about supporting all parents through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond and this is where I’ve placed a lot of my focus in recent years. I offer group classes each week in Walthamstow village for prenatal and postnatal yoga, and at a few of east London’s best neighbourhood studios.

Weekly Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga in Walthamstow Village, E17
I believe yoga can help us live in a more connected way, helping us to approach life with more spaciousness and grace. For me, it does this by bringing me back to my breath and body, cultivating connection with felt experience and teaching me how to live in a more attuned way with greater ease and kindness.
On the yoga mat or away from it, yoga is a way we can all find our way back home to ourselves, a space where we can be inquisitive with a sense of freedom and fun. It’s this space we co-create when we practice together.
Wherever we are in our lives, gently tending to our experience and caring for the body we live in is a revolutionary act that can’t fail to have a positive ripple effect on how we are with our ourselves, our loved ones and out in the world.
Why practice yoga with me?
