  • Postpartum Doula - supporting you through the postpartum period and 4th trimester as you navigate life with a newborn. My aim is to be a reassuring presence at this time of immense change, and help you to prioritise rest, recovery from birth, and bonding with your baby. What I offer is shaped by what you need and want to help ensure you are well-nourished and resourced, rested and physically cared for as you settle into new family rhythms. We can chat in more detail and discuss the levels of support available and what this can include.

  • Ad-hoc or ongoing Postpartum Doula support - a session at your home with me for minimum 2 hours. It might be a one-off around a specific area, or regular, ongoing support. Get in touch for rates and to discuss how I can help you.

Here are some recent client experiences:

Sian was an enormous support during my postnatal recovery, offering much-needed guidance and reassurance through a very challenging week after birth. I was struggling with breastfeeding and feeling extremely emotional at the time, and Sian took the time to genuinely listen to my experiences and support me with care and understanding. Having someone who truly heard my concerns and offered simple, practical solutions that were easy to access made a huge difference. It was also incredibly valuable to speak with someone independent from NHS healthcare professionals, and I found her support to be thoughtful, balanced, and unbiased.

Here’s how I truly felt: Sian’s knowledge, generosity and compassion truly saved me as a first-time mother without a village of postnatal support. Her practical tips and listening ear brought comfort, confidence as I cared for my newborn, and relief from loneliness. Sian is one of life’s kindest souls, and I feel so grateful our paths crossed.
