Sian is a London-based yoga teacher, and a member of the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals.
She teaches vinyasa, a strong slow flowing style of yoga, as well as restorative and pre-natal yoga. Sian leads weekly public classes at studios and gyms in east and north London, teaches private groups and one-to-ones, and holds sessions in her own space on the edge of Victoria Park.
Sian creates a nurturing and non-competitive environment for students of all experience and ability levels to explore and enjoy yoga safely.
