Below is my regular weekly schedule. My classes are accessible for all abilities, and I offer plenty of options and modifications throughout, including verbal and hands-on assists. Warm up safely, move through flowing sequences of yoga asana (poses), and incorporate elements of meditation and pranayama (breathwork), before winding down with a deep savasana (final relaxation).

Fridays: Pregnancy Yoga, from 12 weeks. 10:00-11:00. £10 (Bookable as 6-weeks course: £60). Location: Private studio, E9 (booking essential - email for details)
