Below is my regular weekly schedule. Classes are accessible for all abilities and experience levels, and I offer plenty of options and modifications throughout, including verbal and hands-on assists. Warm up safely, move through flowing sequences of yoga asana (poses), incorporating elements of meditation and pranayama (breathwork), before winding down towards savasana (deep relaxation).

Thursdays:       Hatha for over 60s. 15:00-16:00. Weedington Tenant’s Residents Hall, opposite Kentish Town City Farm, NW5 4BN. FREE. **

Saturdays:        Vinyasa Flow, open level. 10:00-11.00. Location: Anytime Fitness Bow, 62-64 Vernon Rd, London E3 5GS. ***
