My classes are accesible for all abilities, and I offer plenty of options throughout, including modifications, and verbal and and hands-on assists. Warm up safely, move through flowing sequences of yoga asana (poses), and incorporate elements of meditation and pranayama (breathwork), before closing with a deep savasana (final relaxation).

Fridays: Pregnancy Yoga, from 12 weeks. 10:00-11:00. £10 (Bookable as 6-weeks course: £60). Location: Private studio, E9 (booking essential - email for details)
