My classes are adaptable for all abilities, and I offer plenty of options throughout, including modifications, and verbal and and hands-on assists. Warm up safely, move through flowing sequences of yoga asana (poses), and incorporate elements of meditation and pranayama (breathwork), before closing with a deep savasana (final relaxation). 

Mondays:         Vinyasa Slow Flow, beginners and improvers. 19:00-20:00. £8 drop in. Location: Private studio in Victoria Park, E9 (booking essential - email for details) *

Tuesdays:         Mindful Flow, open level class. 07:00-08:00. £10 drop in. Location: Yoganest, 27 Old Ford Road, E2 9PL (NEW CLASS from 17th July)*

Wednesdays:   Mindful Flow, open level class. 18:15-19:15. £10 drop in (Attend 8, and get your 9th class free.). Location: Yoganest, 27 Old Ford Road, E2 9PL *

Thursdays:       Hatha for over 60s. 15:00-15:45. FREE. Kentish Town City Farm, 1 Cressfield Close, off Grafton Road, NW5 4BN (Summer break: 20th July - end of August)
                         Vinyasa Flow, open level class. 16:45-17:45. Private class for staff. Location: Torriano Primary School, Torriano Avenue, NW5 2SJ
